Three Signs You Are Living Out of Alignment

The life you’re manifesting, the one that looks as good as it feels, the life that is so you, that’s an aligned life.

It’s when you’re in flow. When the critics in your head quiet down and your confidence rises. When your inner knowing is so strong, you’re so in tune with yourself, that other people’s opinions and criticisms bounce right off. You feel solid in who you are.

That is living in alignment.

Alignment looks different for everyone. How I live in alignment will look different from how you live in alignment — but I bet there’s some overlap.

The challenge? When we’re out of alignment, life feels harder than it has to.

You’re second-guessing every decision.

When every choice comes with questions like:

“What will people think?”

“How can I be sure this is it?”

“That doesn’t even make sense for me.”

“That’s not logical.”

— it’s a red flag you’re out of alignment.

In alignment, we use our Strategy and Authority to guide decisions. Your Authority is always about feeling, whether you’re Sacral and get those immediate gut “YES!” moments, or Mental and need to talk things out in environments that feel good.

But the Mind (or Ajna) loves to butt in. It wants pros and cons lists, logical justifications, airtight arguments, as if our choices must make sense to anyone who might question them.

Here’s the truth: no one’s Authority is Mind-based.

So when your mind is running the show, that’s conditioning, not alignment.

You feel like you’re constantly “pushing” through life.

Does everything feel like an uphill battle? Like you’re wading through muck, asking:

“What am I doing wrong? Why does life have to be this hard?”

That’s a sure sign of misalignment.

Alignment, no matter your Energy Type, Strategy, or Authority, feels like flow. It feels light. It feels like lucky girl energy.

If you’re pushing, forcing, or grinding, it’s time to pause and notice where your Not-Self Theme is showing up.

You’re living on autopilot instead of with intention.

Living in alignment is intentional.

Autopilot, on the other hand, is like sleepwalking. You’re letting conditioning take the wheel. Then one day you wake up and wonder: “How is this my life? How did I even get here?”

Autopilot often comes from exhaustion; when we don’t rest, we default to the path of least resistance, which is usually conditioning.

The way back is intention. Start by reconnecting with your Energy, Strategy, and Authority.
